Our STORY
Jr Dukes Volleyball was co-founded in 2023 by Jill Patty and Melanie Wolf, lifelong lovers of the game, born out of a shared love for the sport.
Jill's passion for volleyball runs deep. With her daughter having played for Whitefish Bay High School and Milwaukee club teams, Jill was the dedicated team mom, supporting them every step of the way. She has an extensive knowledge of volleyball at local, regional, and national levels. Attending countless volleyball games and avidly watching the sport on TV, Jill's enthusiasm for volleyball is unparalleled. She brings this fervor and dedication to her role, enriching the program with her passion and knowledge.
Melanie brings invaluable experience and insight to the program. She played volleyball on a full scholarship at Colorado State University and professionally in Switzerland. She also trained with top volleyball teams in Madrid and Athens. Beyond her playing career, Melanie coached a 16s club team in Greece, and also ran volleyball camps for middle-schoolers in Malaysia. Melanie's true passion lies in working with young kids, helping them learn the fundamentals and basics of volleyball.
Both Jill and Melanie are grateful for the opportunity to share their love for volleyball with Whitefish Bay youth. They are dedicated to helping young athletes grow and supporting them as they improve their skills in preparation for high school teams. GO DUKES!
